Helping Organisations Make Sense of AI
Syntarion was founded in Bangkok with a clear aim: to bridge the gap between AI's potential and the practical realities of running a business in Thailand today.
← Back to Home// Our Story
Founded on a straightforward observation
Syntarion was established in 2021 by a small team of advisors who spent years helping Thai organisations navigate technology decisions. What they kept seeing was the same pattern: leadership teams being presented with AI proposals they weren't equipped to evaluate, and employees handed tools without adequate context.
The solution wasn't more technology — it was better preparation. Syntarion was built to provide exactly that: structured, jargon-free programmes that help leadership and employees engage with AI on their own terms, in their own timeframes.
Today, Syntarion serves organisations across Bangkok and broader Thailand. Our work spans leadership briefings for C-suite teams, department workshops for functional teams, and comprehensive adoption roadmaps for organisations ready to approach AI methodically.
Our Mission
To give Thai organisations the understanding they need to approach AI adoption with clarity — so that decisions about if, when, and how to use AI are grounded in knowledge rather than pressure.
Our Values
- Clarity over complexity — we avoid unnecessary jargon
- Honesty about what AI can and cannot do
- Respect for the pace at which people learn
- Practical focus — every session connects to real workflows
Our Base
8/12 Thonglor Soi 13, Khlong Tan Nuea, Watthana, Bangkok 10110. Sessions are conducted on-site at client locations across Thailand or at our Thonglor office.

// Standards
How we hold our work to account
Every programme Syntarion delivers is subject to a set of internal standards designed to protect the quality of the client experience and the integrity of the content.
Content Currency
All programme materials are reviewed on a rolling basis. Given the pace of change in AI, Syntarion updates tool examples and case references at minimum every quarter.
Data Confidentiality
Client information shared during discovery sessions or roadmap engagements is treated as strictly confidential. Syntarion does not share client data with third parties.
Vendor Neutrality
Syntarion holds no commercial relationships with AI tool vendors. Our recommendations are based solely on fit for the client's context, not on referral arrangements.
Qualified Facilitators
All sessions are led by facilitators with verifiable backgrounds in technology advisory, training design, or applied AI — not generalists parachuted in from unrelated fields.
Post-Session Follow-Up
Every engagement includes a structured follow-up mechanism so participants can raise questions that emerge after the session ends — not just during it.
Clear Scope Documentation
Before any engagement begins, Syntarion provides written documentation of scope, deliverables, and timelines so expectations are shared and agreed upon in advance.
// Context
Why a structured approach matters in Thailand's AI landscape
Thailand's business environment is at an early but meaningful point in AI engagement. A growing number of organisations — particularly in finance, logistics, retail, and professional services — are exploring where AI tools might fit into their operations. The challenge is not access to technology; it is knowing how to evaluate it with enough depth to make sound decisions.
Syntarion addresses this through programmes designed around the organisational realities of Thai businesses: diverse workforce experience levels, mixed language environments, and leadership teams that often operate under significant time pressure. Our approach is calibrated to be direct and practical rather than academic or promotional.
Whether the goal is to help a leadership team ask better questions of AI vendors, equip a specific department with working knowledge of relevant tools, or map out a multi-year adoption strategy, Syntarion provides the framework to do so without guesswork or unnecessary complexity.
